Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24-hours. Terms & Conditions Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. A late fee of 5% may be applied to balances not paid by the due date. Delivered media may not be used for commercial marketing until payment has been received in full. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready prior to the scheduled appointment. Additional charges may apply for excessive delays, reshoots requested due to property readiness, or significant changes after delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, this invoice covers the services listed above only. Any additional editing, travel, or requested services may be invoiced separately. All photographs, videos, floor plans, and other media remain the intellectual property of Cultivated Real Estate Photography. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specified property. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
